Jeremy Farnum

About

Director of Information Systems at Lompoc Valley Medical Center. I drive operational initiatives and build the infrastructure that keeps my community hospital running.

Before healthcare, I spent years helping small businesses and startups with technology strategy, branding, and digital marketing. That experience taught me how to communicate across disciplines, build solutions that fit real constraints, and focus on outcomes over tools.

My work sits at the intersection of healthcare operations and technology- EHR implementations, clinical workflow optimization, revenue cycle systems, and the constant balancing act of keeping a hospital's infrastructure secure, compliant, and useful.

I believe technology in healthcare should be invisible when it's working well. Clinicians shouldn't have to fight their tools. My job is to make sure they don't.
